After relocating from Venezuela in 2002 I made a career change from Engineering to Culinary Arts. While at school and after graduating, I had the pleasure of working in respectable restaurants in New York and with Chef Michelle Berstein in Miami. These diverse experiences had a positive influence on my style of cooking, but it was my wife, health coach and yoga teacher, who has been instrumental in the development of our “real food” kitchen. And, as a cancer survivor, I know that what we eat matters.
Together, we created Eats Good 33, a warm and inviting neighborhood eatery where the food is always fresh, healthy, affordable and delicious.
